Not Getting Ppwer Fir Sam To Rear Door Hatch Lock

I am having an issue with the power locks on my 2003 h2.

Not getting ppwer fir sam to rear door hatch lock.

Here is what i found view attachment 93129 not. My drivers side door will intermittently not open. The rear doors and the back hatch will not lock with the power locks. It doesn t make any difference locking the car by using they key fob the touch sensors or the inside door lock unlock buttons either way you do it still same 50 50 shot of it locking.

The only way to unstick the lock is hitting the unlock button on the door then hitting it again to lock it. The rear hatch on my 2010 forester wouldn t open or respond to lock unlock commands. Similar issues as well here with my 2011. Manual manipulation will eventually get gate open closed.

Works likea charm now. After doing a whole lot of digging the only info i could find was about the wires splitting in the rubber sheath. Been going on for about 8 months now. Now i can get started and have everything fixed in a day.

Over the summer i encountered the all too common problem that we ve been having with the rear hatch not functioning. The only way i can open and close it now is by crawling through the car and using the small finger hole manual release. I then test the lock by pulling the lock up on the door to make sure it isn t sticking. Door lock relays.

I have tried switching the lock and unlock relay that is located in the fuse panel and it still does the same thing. It seems that when i press the lock unlock button on the driver door the front passenger door and the liftgate lock activate. If you have this problem try switching the relays. Currently the rear hatch door broke in that it won t properly open with the key.

It does not mater if i am using the remote or if i am using the lock unloc button on the drivers door. The key fob will unlock all of the other doors. If i lock the rear doors manually they will unlock. The 2 black ones.

The solenoid isn t getting the electrical signal to lock and unlock. It made noise and opened partially. Went down picked up 2 fresh ones and wala. The same thing happens with the key fob.

If i get in and try the unlock on the drivers side stretching from the passenger side it won t unlock. One locks one unlocks. Then it won t fully open or close with motor. The driver side door would not open properly more heavy to open manually.

Driver side fuse panel when you open the door. The locking mechanism in the latch is broken or it could be electrical i e. My rear hatch is about a 50 50 shot on locking. I would start by checking if the electrical connection to the latch is supplying the voltage that causes the lock solenoid to lock and unlock.

It could be mechanical i e. Bwd part r3110z.
