If all you needed was a simple reset this should work.
Nissan 370 z window door open up and down.
So i ve searched and searched the intertubes trying to find out if there is a fuse or relay or even circuit breaker that needs replacing.
Hey i worked at a nissan dealer and wat u do for both doors is take the door panel off and oh the door there should be a little button that u might need to use a pen or something small to press the button once u get the button depressed you must then roll the window all the way down then up.
It has 159000 miles on it and is in amazing shape except for the front passenger window.
All 4 windows don t work with exception to front passenger window occasionally goes down but not up finally figured i should have come.
The driver side window drops down about an inch from full up position when the door is opened and doesn t go back up when the door is closed.
I took the door panel off and did some testing.
Window opens slightly when you open door but will not auto up when i close door window goes down more every time you open then close door just not back up.
Raise the window to the fully closed position and keep the button pulled up for a further 15 seconds.
Using the auto feature of a power window switch automatically raises or lowers a power window to the fully closed or fully open position.
They are supposed to drop slightly to clear the rubber sea.
I have 12v coming from the end of the harness on both the up and down through the switch but when i plug the harness back into the window motors pigtail nothing.
When attempting to close the window using the auto feature if work has been performed that results in the loss of the limit switch setting the power window will.
Raise the window to the fully closed position.
Press the button to open the window completely and keep the button pressed down for a further 15 seconds.
Shut the car door.
From all i ve checked i can t find a fuse relay or circuit breaker labeled to control window and door locks.
